In every shoe is important that the upper is built with quality materials and has a good fit to the user, but it is on the bottom where the foot rests all day. For this reason it is important to pay attention also to the quality of the sole.
The sole must be designed in such a way that it can adapt to the shape of the foot and not the other way around. If this does not happen, posture problems can be created and after a day of work, the feet arrive tired and sore.

Our story began more than 30 years ago in the hills of Marche region in Italy. In the paesse of Loro Piceno, the vision of a company dedicated to the footwear industry and specialized in the manufacture of soles was conceived.
The passion for our work and the constant search for perfection push us to develop new associated projects every day to comfort and to the fashion of the footwear.
The system that fits you
The System consists of an intersole inside which there ́s a combination of rubbers of different composition. Thanks to the ability to deform elastically, it adapts perfectly to the morphology and physiology of the foot, attenuating the impact with the ground. Another key feature is the immediate return it provides when walking.
The System is fixed between the upper and the bottom in the production process of the shoe, it also adapts to the production of different types of shoes with the advanta- ge of making them all equally comfortable without changing the style.
COMFORT
The anatomical and anti-shock design of Wilbur’s Intersole offers protec- tion and well-being. The intersole adapts to the wearer’s foot with sufficient softness to be comfortable, but at the same time with the right solidity that allows a stable and safe walk.
VERSATILITY
The integration of the intersole to the shoe was studied to be able to adapt to many types of shoes so the aesthetics and functionality doesn’t get compro- mised.
FAST RETURN
The technology used in the Wilbur System allows a rapid return of the intersole to its initial state during each step, this feature makes the sole a non-deforma- ble product that will last over time
